At Om Shanti Yoga & Wellness, paddleboarding is more than an activity — it’s a return to presence, balance, and embodied joy. Through intentional movement on the water, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, nature, and community.
I’m honored to partner with SUP Colorado Springs to expand our paddleboard offerings across Colorado, bringing mindful SUP yoga classes to the Front Range and immersive paddleboard excursions to the heart of the San Luis Valley.

Our paddleboard yoga classes in Colorado Springs blend traditional yoga, functional movement, and mindfulness — all practiced atop a stable paddleboard. Classes are designed for all levels, whether it’s your first time on a board or you’re a seasoned yogi looking for a fresh challenge.
Through our partnership with SUP Colorado Springs, all equipment is provided, allowing you to simply arrive, breathe, and move.

SUP Excursions | San Luis Valley
Adventure with intention. Nature with soul.
Our SUP Excursions in the San Luis Valley offer a deeper, more immersive experience on the water. These guided paddleboard adventures invite you to slow down, explore, and reconnect with the land, water, and yourself.
Perfect for individuals, groups, schools, retreats, and organizations, these experiences weave together:

Each excursion is intentionally curated to match the energy of the group and the rhythm of the season.
Paddleboard Yoga
When you take yoga and put it on the water it becomes the kind of experience that you will be grateful to have tried. Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, or SUP yoga, has become increasingly popular. It is a challenge of the body and the mind and a great way to spice up your outdoor adventures.
Michelle will teach you everything you need to know about getting settled for your yoga class on your SUP paddle board and guide you through a one hour yoga class. You will have time to enjoy the views before heading back to shore after class!
No experience necessary. Must sign a wavier. Must be able to swim unassisted.


Paddleboard Rentals
Have you ever wanted to try a stand up paddleboard?
Enjoy the smooth and balanced ride of our inflatable Roc SUP Co. paddleboards and take in the beautiful views of the San de Cristo mountain range and wildlife around you.
If you're brand new or a seasoned SUP'er, Michelle will help you get set up to go out and paddle with confidence! No experience necessary!
Must be able to swim unassisted.
