A 4-hour immersive experience designed to bring you back to your body, your joy, and your natural state of presence—through water, movement, nourishment, and connection. Hosted by Michelle & Emily in partnership with SUP Colorado Springs The Experience This is not your typical paddleboard event. This is a return to self. We begin on land, gently arriving together—grounding into the body, softening the nervous system, and setting intentions rooted in play, pleasure, and presence. Because somewhere along the way… we were taught that joy is something to earn. And here, we rewrite that.
